Several committee positions are open, including communications, social media, public relations, membership and programs. “We’re looking for people in the ad business who want to serve our industry and help our club continue to grow,” said Jacob Poore, current president of the American Advertising Federation-Inland Empire Chapter (AAF).
Poore said the club has had a strong year and he wants to keep the momentum going. “We’re looking for people in ad agencies, corporate advertising shops, city and municipal advertising departments and those at college and universities who want to participate.”
Board members are volunteers. Duties are to attend the annual strategic planning meeting, participate in board meetings, help plan and attend monthly advertising functions and support the ADDY awards which recognize excellence in advertising throughout the Inland Empire.
