In June I announced that the term was concluding for the American Advertising Federation – Inland Empire Chapter (AAF-IE) board and we were looking for new faces and ideas to join. Following that announcement we received several inquiries and the 2009-2010 Executive Board submitted a nominating slate.
Following our election, we are pleased to announce the following members were elected to the 2010-2010 AAF-IE Board.
President: Victoria Seitz, PhD
Vice President/Membership Chair: Jon Burgess
Secretary/Treasurer: Julie Wright
Programs Chair: Eddie Gonzales
Communications Chair: Claus Enevoldsen
Education Chair: Christy Oaks
Public Relations Chair: Jon Barry
ADDYS Co-Chairs: Mark Landon & Andrew Wilkin
I am pleased to see you elected a new board with a mix of new and familiar names. The familiar names provide the chapter with stability and experience, while the new names add freshness and a new direction. On that point, please allow me a moment to provide a personal introduction to each board member.

Andrew Wilkin is the principal and certified brand strategist with Andrew Wilkin LLC, a strategic brand consortium. His company pulls together a group of specialists with expertise on building unique distinctions for challenger brands (brands that challenge the incumbents). As Immediate Past President, I will continue to serve our chapter by working special projects for the incoming president. I will also be aiding our Programs Chair Eddie Gonzales in developing new and helpful programs in the coming year. So expect a call from me as I will be calling on members in the coming months to solicit your ideas for what you want to see in AAF programs.
We accomplished a lot in 2009-2010 and I am looking forward to working with the new board to build upon our success in the coming term. Again it was a pleasure serving you. If you should have any questions about the chapter or would like to help in anyway, please feel free to call me on my cell at (909) 921-1062.
